This week has seen Scusa at the InterContinental Jakarta MidPlaza hosting Guest Chef Pierre Sauvaget. Chef Pierre is the to the kitchen of Scusa. Chef Pierre is Executive Chef at the Bel-Air Bay Club in Los Angeles where he has cultivated an innovative style of ‘clean palate cuisine’ which is complemented by his advanced knowledge of Reiki; a Japanese healing discipline, which when applied helps to cleanse the food and promote better health and digestion.
